How To Stop Nose Bleeds???

A buddy of mine asked me how to stop severe nose bleeds?

He is on D-Bol and is wondering what to do?

One way would be to discontinue the dbol.

I don't know much else that will reduce blood pressure besides yoga.

or stuff tp up his nose.

I get nose bleeds often, normally if I'm on Fat burners that have asprin .... anything that thins the blood. Plus of cause my favorite anapolin .... tell your friend he can either put cotton wool in his nose and stop complaining or else start ballet

Anyone who gets severe nose bleeds should stop. Now if you get 1 from time to time that is not severe you deal with it.

Pressure Point

I'm an Athletic Trainer..usually just some dental guaze or tissue up the nose along with a good hard pinch will stop epistaxis...but in severe cases I've had to use the pressure point right under the nose to stop the flow...just reach right behind the upper jaw with one finger and press on the little cleft under the nose with another and pinch until the flow stops....works for me! However...these cases are always trauma related...I'm not sure about high B.P. induced nosebleeds...
