Anyone know any good workout schemes or training programs, supplements, etc. that you'd recommend?
Here's an issue I was thinking of, if I drastically reduce my calorie intake(I'm taking in about 2,800 right now), I would probably lose some of the mass I have gained
... To keep from losing mass, is it a good idea to just stay with 2,800 and just ADD cardio(like 6 times a week) to my program? I lift weights 3-4 times a week right now, but don't do ANY cardio at all, so I'm kinda fat
Would I lose some of my fat and see my muscles just by adding 6x a week cardio? Do you guys think this would work?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
