Heh. Not quite what I thought.
A few buddies of mine worked at Wendys. My one friend was manager. They would take orders from people, and just add them up in their heads, and pocket the cash. Got LOTS of money from it. Eventually, my manager friend got caught and was fired.

What are the particulars on the money that is owed to you. From back pay?

hmmm I was thinking something like this. At the end of the day they weigh the money. Like they take the $20's and put them on a scal so they dont have to count them atleast I dont think they count them. I could take a $20 and replace it with a $1 and put it in the middle of the stack. not sure if it would work though.

call the corporate office and explain what happened, they will pay you. forty is not enough to steal for in my opinion, if i decided to steal from that place i would have some friends brown bag that manager after closing and take the deposit with a couple double burgers as well.
