Heh. Not quite what I thought.
A few buddies of mine worked at Wendys. My one friend was manager. They would take orders from people, and just add them up in their heads, and pocket the cash. Got LOTS of money from it. Eventually, my manager friend got caught and was fired.

What are the particulars on the money that is owed to you. From back pay?

Hack into their main computers at the corporate HQs and Go into their accounting dept.. From there, take out BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of dollars and put them into your own (Swiss) bank accounts.
Then buy 25 nuclear warheads with the money and point all of them at the dude that owes you $40., Then we`ll see if he pays or not. good luck
