Iknow that many guys like it, but it is so hard to live with it...youcan't sleep as you like, it is heavy, it hurts many times....all inall – it is very inconvenient. Is there any supplement or somethinglike that to reduce the breast size? I really don't want to dosurgery, so want to try all other means first.

Unfortunately, there are no such supplements thatcould increase or decrease breast size, as it is geneticallypre-determined. What you can do, is lose overall body weight, sincemuch of the breasts is fat, so some fat will go away. However, for adrastic reduction in size, a surgery would be your best bet. Luckily,it is not a serious surgery, and there is nothing to be worriedabout.
Lose weight all over and most ladies breasts will shrink.
In those cases surgery seems to be the only option.

It really is that simple. Lose overall body fat and they will reduce in size.
Well, any surgery will be invasive to a certain extent, and all of them will have a negative impact on your body in terms of recovery. However, compared to many other surgeries it is rather mild. I have seen many female athletes who have recurred to surgery in order to reduce their breast size, so this is a relatively frequent plastic surgery.
One of my best friends actually had breast reduction surgery around a year ago. She did very well and had a very nice recovery.
It's a pretty invasive surgery. Spend some time shopping around for a good surgeon. The quality of the person doing the surgeon makes a world of difference.
