How to PROPERLY come off a cutter cycle?

I tried searching but Im not a plat so I couldnt find much. So how should one properly come off a cutting cycle, running a standard PCT and reducing training volume is a must but what about cals and cardio? Should cals be increased slowly to avoid catabolism and minimize fat gain and should cardio be reduced to 2-3 times weekly to minimize catabolism as oppossed to the 4 days a week I am doing now? K for some good input, peace.

Keep cardio same and gradually increase cals to your maintenance level to avoid . your body trying to overcompensate , your dead on about a proper PCT and training volume try to keep diet as clean as possible for the next few weeks as you increase cals, you'll be really surprised as you continue to harden up.

I don't see how it differs from any other PCT

You know what I mean, like not in the drugs or how to use them, but in the diet and training, especially after cutting and things to do to keep the fat off as ones thyroid will undoubtedly slow down and to limit catabolism.

Jump on some clen and creatine. Low volume/intensity weight training. I would limit cardio to 3 times a week. Eat maintenance calories.

Well my goals for after cycle, is to maintain my bodyweight and minimize new fat gain as much as possible and do this possibly throughout the entire summer as well into next year until I am ready to do a lean bulker and whatnot. How can I achieve this easier after coming off my current cutter, the clean diet and cardio is already a given, just what about amount of cardio/training/and consumption of cals?
