How to post a mpeg on the web?

I took a mpeg with my digital camera yesterday of me flipping my 700+lb tire and I am wanting to email it to some friends. It is about 1.3mb in size so my email will not send it to them. I thought about posting it on my photopoint website but had no luck trying to sneak a mpeg in as a photo.

Any ideas where I can post a 1.3mb mpeg???
