How to not loose apetite while on beast?

Hello,

Im thinking of doing my 2-nd beast cycle, first one was 20mg/3 weeks, not supressive, nice strength and mass gains (much better than 15 weeks test cycle).Could I try 30 mg for the 2-nd?, because I dont want to go 4 weeks, 3 weeks was pretty not supressive at all.My only problem was I lost my apetitte mid cycle and I was lethargic. Is there an solution for this?

you can try running it 2-3 days on, 1 day off. or run it on weekdays and take the weekends off. 20mg a day but add 10mg an hour before a hard workout. your body gets a day or two off from it and that will help offset sides. I have done this with many orals which tend to give me more sides than injectables, and it won't effect your workouts or gains. trust me.

a buddy of mine recently ran it and complained to me about yellow pee, so i told him just lay off of it for a couple days.. his pee went back to normal and he continued the cycle and was fine after that. sometimes the body needs a break to catch up to what you are putting in it. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and the signs your body gives you.

otherwise you will have to just deal with the sides. beastdrol is powerful stuff, so you need to respect it. when i read some guys run 40 or 50mg a day i shake my head, that is way overkill
 
I used beast on my first cycle at 30mg ED and had no problems at all. I took 10 mg in the morning 10mg around noon and the last 10 about 30-45 min before workout in the evening. I was also using forma and taking milk thistle as well. Good luck bud
 
Take milk thistle and drink 2 gallons of water every day. Besides that...

Honestly, I think if you just want to increase your appetite you just need to train harder. My appetite increases no matter what AAS I use. Only time I find a decrease in appetite is if I am on an ECA stack. Ephedrine kills my appetite for some reason. But so far any AAS including injectibles and orals always actually increase my appetite. But I think it is up to your own genetics. Some people can eat a horse. Some people can't get the food down. Just train as hard as possible, sleep, and hopefully your hunger raises.

You might also just have to force food down. If you really can't get it down, then protein shakes can always work between and during meals.
 
I always take an oral w/ a little bit of food. Keeps me from losing my appetite, actually stimulates it when i do this. Beast is far and away the strongest oral I've ever taken and everyone reacts a bit differently to aas, but a little bit of food, like cottage cheese or oatmeal or a protein bar always kept my appetite up.
 
I ran 40 then 50 mgs ed 2 weeks each with test & mast prop had no lethargy issues whatsoever! Appetite was midly suppressed during week 4 though...
 
And if you run it with hcgenerate suppression is almost none I've been off for a week and haven't crashed at all!
 
I take my orals on an empty stomach. But my appetite problem is different. I'm lucky to not be starving every 2 hours. So I eat a chicken breast and a half, unless it's a big one, with a lot of veggies or a cup of cooked rice or more. But my appetite is insane when I'm on cycle. Some people are different. My appetite is always insane, tbh. Wish I could share some with you.

Being an ex ranger.. I eat whenever I can, hungry or not. But one thing I got out of that was turning food more into a regiment to serve purpose than to really eat for taste and desire. I do not really crave anything and can eat the same exact thing all day for weeks with no care (girls hate it). Anyway turning it into a time regiment throughout the day will help increase metab. and possibly increase your app. but will def get you to eat what you need to gain. Make like 6-8 smaler sized meals and eat at set times every day. This causes you to have a routine and will up the intake to where you want it. I wont lie this will kinda take the fun out of meal times and food in general eventually but it works.
 
Ok ,TY ppl, I got the needed info, will take 2x sdrol +1 before hard trainings, +liver support, milk thistle (how much of it pls?) +3 x week B12 +many small meals.
