How to mix winny/test cyp in the same pin?

I am gonna be starting my winny soon, just wondering how I mix it w/ test cyp. in the same dart. Which one should I put in the syringe first oil based or water based. thanks fellas

which ever you want to draw in first, it makes little difference

when i mix water with oil based gear..i pull the oil in first and then the water and i shoot it right away, otherwise it settles in the pin
