I think its called Beatport.com or something like that. Has lots of tech and samples. You can buy and sell on there. Old roommate was DJ and did remixes and would buy original beats on there, or get samples to make his own.

Eventually after having a soundcloud you can sell on beatport when you get some tracks that will sell. You can then also set up your own chart of productions you like/play yourself.
