How to maintain stable bloodlevels

From what I understand it is desiable to maintain stable bloodlevels for effect and to avoid sides.
I plan to do Testo Acetate for week 1-4 and Testo Enan week 1-12. 3 Shooting EOD week 1-4 and OW week 5-12. Using the 'roid calc I see that bloodlevels vary, and wonder if it would be advisable to use orals like Dbol, at least when shooting just once a week to level out the numers a few days after the inject?

I'm willing to concider any plan that don't entail poking myself more than once a week for the majority of the cycle. But my major question is what I can do to keep bloodlevels as stable as possible on a day to day basis when not doing injections every day (or even eod)?

41 high bf puts you at a high risk of problems with steroids. get yourself in good shape and health first. then decide if this is what you want. check out the diet and training forums. ask all the questions you have in them. you can pm me if you would like also. good luck.
 
I'm 41 yrs old male, 220 bf of about 25%, currently on (what I think is) a cutting stack og Turanabol (40mg ED), Primo (350EW) and Testo E (250EW). This is my first cycle in 20 years.

Been on and off bodybuilding type training since age 17, but last 6 years have been bad. Been traing powerlifting style workouts for +-12months with cardio to loose bf. Currently doing a 3 workouts pr. week routine dividing body in two. All standard powelifting exercises are included. I'm starting to get my diet in order, supplementing my 3 normal meal with post workout protein/complex carbo shake and a milkprotein shake before bed. Also take multivitamin/minerals, milkthistle because of the orals, and since I'm norwegian I have been forcefed on fish-oil my entire life :-)

I'm trying to educate myself on aas by reading forums like this, to find the optimal way for me to use steroids in low doses. So I read that one should opt for stable bloodlevels to get the best results with the least sides. I don't know if this is true but it sounds like it could be correct. I'm planning my next cycle (starting feb. 2010) and try to find out what gear (type, not amount) to purchase.

I'm not primarily looking for mass, but strength. I can't gain to much to fast because my wife knows my past history with steroids and is very opposed to it.
I also do not like needles and prefer to poke myself as little as possible ( or I need to start enjoying pain...).

get your bf down first. this is important. then maybe use var only. its an oral it is great for stregnth and its an easier steroid to recover from. i personally think most could taper off of it with no pct but thats just my thoughts. ive never had a test to confirm. hopefully your wife doesn't catch you sneaking it behind her back and leave you. you have the right idea when it comes to educating yourself and the lower doses. higher doses can produce better gains and far more risk. take it from me i almost killed myself with 3g blasts at age 31.

Agree ^^^^ But I know how we think. So if you do go ahead and start, use a low dose and / or mild AAS that will allow you to lose fat and keep muscle. Keep estrogen levels low if you go through with it too....


joe d, you think Var might be something he could use to start with? If you're still totally against it all until dropping BF - makes sense. I just know most of the time guys in his position will take something right off the bat anyway.

Oh - and good luck jhkram. (When you eventually ge the the point of worry about steady levels, there are calculators out there or I made one in excel that I like since I can chart things. It gives you an estimate of whats remaining in your body based on half-lifes....hit me up if you wanna see that after a few months of hard work.)
 
I plead guilty to the above. I'm currently running 50mg Tbol, 400mg primo, and 250 Test E.

The cycle is finished in November, and I'll use the off period to lower bf. Yes, I know that I will loose some of the muscle gain, but that's also the main reason for this cycle (to build up some extra mass). Hope to be at acceptable bf-level in february 2010 when I can start a plain masscycle of D-bol, Test E and Deca (low doses - 12 weeks).

I'm not a bodybuilder or a beach-person so I don't see an AAS supported cutting cycle any time the next few years.

But I really want to know; what with the bodyfat? I see dosens of world class powerlifters that don't appear to be below 12% bf, but sure as hell are on the juice. Can a high level of bodyfat in any way be harmful when on AAS, or can it lower the effect of the steroids?
