Main point of some steps through them you can reduce blood pressure
1..take that food that vitamin C
2.Oatmeal
3.15-20 minutes of mild exercise
4.reduce the amount of salt that you take everyday.
5.Weight Loss
6.High Fiber Diet
7.Omega 3 fatty acid
8.if you are a smoker quit smoking
9.relaxation techniques especially mediation
 
Doing exercise regularly for 30 mints,
eat fruits and raw vegetables,
neglect fat foods and oily items,
go on walk,
take proper rest,
avoid smoking and drinking...
and stay happy....
