how to lose gut???

now that i'm not bulking anymore i want to lose my gut, not big but it's there. i did no cardio will this work if i do it ?? also sit ups will they work or more cardio??
 
Have you heard of research? I mean, people can spoon feed you, but most won't have the patience.

Cardio = burning calories. Burning calories = weight loss.
 
No cardio here, except when it's warm out and I want to go biking. Just put down the doughnuts and pizza. ;-) I'm serious.

diet = protien and fat only (along with greens), the 2 meals after training have 50-150gs carbs each depending on your size and metabolism (no fat in these meals). Refeed with carb=up days ever 3-5 days imo

cardio = whatever you can stick with

training = exactly the same as when bulking, maybe not as many ME's and lower volume

most important ingredient = patience
 
Dude for real I was like 350 and I was like there is no way I am doing one min. of cardio. So insted I got a bowflex and a ab roller and did each like at least 12 mins a day. 4 years latter I lost my gut and was down to 345.
