buy ketostix from the drugstore... sometimes they are
at the pharmacy... $10 for 100 of them... you just pee
on them to check your status... they change color if you
are in ketosis

just look for ketostix... duane reed, cvs, and most drug stores sell them... they are very cheap!

Even GNC sells them for $10 for 100 ....
