How To Inject Steroids Properly !!

There's a trillion videos and instructionals out there on how to inject steroids and they all seem to be missing something, skipping a vital step, containing false information etc but I found one guy that stands out and is 100% spot-on.

So if you're new to AAS, I suggest you watch this one a few times before you even post here seeing as so many make threads on how to prepare and inject.

Why pump air into a bottle that cannot hold any pressure, but dont pump air into the bottle that can hold pressure, and needs to hold pressure, so it does create a vacum? I would add rubbing the injection site kinda helps with soreness and leakage, other than that the guys thorough good job.

I'm guessing he made a mistake with the vial, tbh You can see there's a cut after he inserted the needle in the vial to where he started drawing. Guessing he was made aware of his mistake and redid it But I would totally pump air into the oil of an amp aswell, makes the process a whole lot smoother.

Rubbing is not a bad thing but after seeing this guy, I tried his idea of flexing the leg muscle before pinning, don't know why but I had my best injection ever after doing that. Might just be coincidence.

I always inject the amount of air I want to fill up in the syringe. It helps a ton. Fill up 1cc of test using a 29g in about 20 seconds by doing that.

I noticed the person pinched/squeezed the injection area before pinning, I've never done this and I wonder what purpose this serves?

I do this as well but only when pinning the quads. Surely not necessary but it makes the skin penetration completely pain free for some reason, not that it hurts very bad anyway but still..

I always drew with an 18, pinned with a 23. I used my quads everytime. No butt or delts. Quads are easy.
