How to improve recovery

Hot/cold showers post workout are a great way to increase blood flow to the muscle you just trained
 
48 hours is typical. However everyone is different and some people may be able to either recover fast than that or even slower (shouldnt be a huge difference though). If someone is using "cell tech" it gets reduced to 24 hours or less.
