Know any good ways to get cut?
I was wondering what kind of workout should I do to look like the picture I posted. I am 5'4" 142lbs and have been lifting for 6 months and right now I am trying to bulk up to get some muscle on me and then cut down. Is this what I should be doing? and what kind of lifting should I do to get cut like that? also should I run or bike when cutting up? Thanks
