Melt one tbsp of ANPB in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add three protein scoops of water to the ANPB and mix it up with a spoon. Then add 2 scoops of casein, and stir it all together until it's a pudding consistency. Put it in the freezer for 20 or 30 minutes and you have a high protein pudding.
You can skip the anbp, but it tastes amazing with chocolate casein.
Bonus points for adding fresh blueberries, sugar free chocolate syrup, sugar free caramel syrup, and/or sugar free cool whip.
I eat this at least once a day. Usually as a desert to jack up my protein intake.
