1) find something that you think you might like to do for a living,

2) find out who has the job now and who would like to have it next,

3) get in line for your dream job,

4) kill every last son-of-a-bitch in line in front of you. . .

I use to have an awesome job... they sold the company and now with the merge it sucks... :'(
