How to eat 6 Whey servings in 1 stting ???

OK i'm following this diet and the first meal is:
6 scoups of whey... + oatmeal...

Now i bought this stuff from Champion Nutrition called
Pure WHEY Protein Stack. A 22g gram serving give 16g of protein (it's strawberry flavored :p ). I mixed 2 servings in a 400ml of water before.. but how in the world am I supposed to eat 6 damn scoups (6 scoups = 6 servings)

Am I buying the wrong stuff here? Please help
 
I'd say 6 scoops is too much....that is 96 grams of protein. It may be a smaller serving the diet is talking about....

Four scoops a day tops Eman. You should be getting most of your protien from real food.
 
no need for six at one time, no need for six in the entire day. only go for maybe 50 grams whey from shake postworkout ONLY, i reccoment taking shakes postworkout as liquid is absorbed more quickly and it is an easy source of whey protein, though other than that go for whole foods, chicken, egg whites, turkey..list goes on. dont waste your money by taking 6 scoops of protein in one meal, let alone not even postworkout.
 
Just mix it with less water to give you less volume to consume. However, after this, try drinking 16-24 oz or more of extra water so that it will help prevent you from getting the "runs".

I mix 10-12 scoops of whey protein post workout (100-120 grams) so I don't want to hear you complaining about 2-6.:D

Thanks guys.. gymrat i think it was your diet that I saw this in:

6 scoups of whey

3 oz of boneless chicken

1-2 cups of broccili

??

I assume you're doing the whole 'protein-pulse' thing although it seems based on pretty dubious science. Bryan Haycock seems to think it still has some potential. What has been your experience thus far?
 
Hey 110% why the protein post work out only? I thought pre was beneficial as well for the rebuilding process. I agree also, 50 grams is plenty from Whey. . . too much in one sitting and you'll shit your liver out.

Hey guys is it safe to have four whey servings a day ?

Two in the AM (52g of protein) with oatmeal and two more afterworkout (52g again) ?
The other 200g i get from real food.

ANd ok that 6 whey scoops stuff was stupid..might a been a typo on the guy's diet..
