I know this is a weird post, but what is the best way about dropping body weight not body fat? I am currently 5'7 228lb, I am trying to get back down to around 200 lbs. I am not too worried about composition right now, more about getting my weight down for my upcoming season.
Nutrition: 2500-3000 cals a day, 50 pro, 35 carb, 15 fat
5-6 small meals about 300-500 cal each
Training: 6 days a week with 45 minutes cardio
Any suggestions would be awesome?
I just ran a 5.0 sec 40yd, 7:15 mile
Personal Best:
Bench 315X5
Incline Bench: 305X5
Shoulder Press 245X3
Deadlift: 375 X 8
Squat: 275:8
Conclusion: Reduce overall cal intake, increase aerobic cardio, circuit training over heavy- high volume, reduce carb
