how to do tic tacs

its where u hang on the pullup bar bring your legs and feet into the air and twist your lower body... friend said it should rip your abs to shreds but i cant get the motion... any chance u guys know what im talkin about and got a video or any tips on how to do these correctly

I've never heard of that being called "tic tacs". it also won't rip anything to shreds- lowering your bodyfat will do that. all that hanging leg raises (and twists) will do is work your abs and obliques- and it will do a good job, but if you're fat, you're gonna stay fat.
 
I dont' understand
dont' you just hang, lift legs and try to pull your hips up towards your shoulders?
one side then the other?
 
that would be killer on the lower back and obliques. you can also keep the legs down and just raise your legs sideways, like a side kick. imagine a big clock swinging tic toc, tic toc. trace big circles with your toes around your body etc etc.
