hi whenever i buy meat from the store theres no food info on the package its on the foam tray with the wrapping how can i find out how much protein is in my meat and fish?
most hamburger i know of is 18-20 and steak is 17-20 in most cases... go to bored.com and find the nutrition calculator. type in steak or burger or fish or whatever meat you eat and it should have a long list of types...hope that helps
