How to cut + vascularise

Whats the best way to lose a few ounces from around the abs and have a hard, solid looking frame...

ive got good mass but i want a sharper... horse muscle look...

i know alot of people recommend whinny...but what else is there
 
diet and cardio is the thing that helped me get vascular abs... yes veins in my abs only doing cardio and diet... wellllll and some trex and clen. but thsat wouldn';t have happned without my strict diet
 
I dont wanna diet...im gona do a course of enanthate...dieting to lose weight isnt really on the agender....but i wondered what would help drop the fat entirely
 
You have to do some diet, theres no way around it.
But when in a diet you also tend to lose some muscle, thats why steroids are used in a cutting cycle, to prevent hard-earned muscle from going away.
Preferably to use steroids that dont aromatize to estrogen, and preferable not to progesterone too. Or at least to use some anti-estrogens.
Clen increases your temperature, but fat loss lasts only a few weeks, at most.
Thyroid makes you lose fat, but some muscle too, besides it it should be cycled, otherwise it will shut down natural thyroid production.

no matter what steroid you take, ur gains are going to be related to how ur diet is.....a lot of anabolics can be used to gain mass, or help slim down, depending on how YOU eat

I had some dude in the gym asking me a question like this every time he saw me at the gym a while back when I was still kickboxing. Guy must have been about 6' and 250 lb. Not a 'good' 250 lb. either, if you get my drift. Never saw him even break a sweat.

I told him, diet - cardio - strength training for about the first dozen times. Finally, after enough pestering, I just said, "Dude, you will lose weight when you finally realize that the four food groups are NOT dough, tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni."

He pretty much left me alone after that...
