How to cope with dbol headaches

njmuscleguy

New member
Hey folks,

Well, I've just started a relatively simple cycle:

Wks 1-4 Dbol 50mg ED
Wks 1-8 Test Enth 1g/wk
Wks 1-8 Proviron 50mg ED
Aromasin 12.5mg ED

Other supplements I take are: Tylers, Glucorell, Sesapure, Glucosamine & Chondroitin, Probiotics.

I've been struggling with wicked wicked headaches lately, the kind that feel like your head is literally going to explode (heavy pressure)... I know it's not migraines, sinus, or cluster headaches because medications for those conditions haven't helped... my next thought is maybe my blood pressure is high, courtesy of dbol... I will get my BP tested this week... if it is the Dbol, anything I can do to help relieve high BP other than go on medication? I'm kind of hoping not to have to stop taking the dbol or even reduce the dosage, but I may have to. I already drink plenty of water and try to keep my sodium intake to a minimum. I thought at first that maybe caffiene was causing the headaches but it may actually be the opposite, the caffiene may actually be helping reduce the severity of the headaches since it's believed to lower BP.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

this happened to me my first time at only 20mg ed, 2-3 days into it. i stopped, then a month later i gave it another try, but this time i took 25mg and used 2-3 sprays of AIFM and the headaches never appeared again. maybe tolerance, probably the AIFM.

BINGO! The headaches are probably related to high BP. I noticed headaches, frequent bloody noses, and excessive sweating at 50mg ED. I ended up dropping down to 40mg and those sides got a lot better.

Thanks guys... I will confirm this week if it really is high BP, in which case it'd probably be caused by the dbol....my BP is otherwise generally good.... it's interesting though how drinking green tea (small amounts of caffiene) helps alleviate the headaches.... anyway, if dbol is the culprit, I'd have to drop from 50mg ED to 25mg because I only have 25mg caps... was hoping I didn't have to go down that low

Its probably BP. And caffiene may alleviate headache, but it also increases BP. If you take a pain med take aspirin because it thins the blood. start taking a couple slow release baby aspirin every morning.

I was getting them too. Its definately your BP. Take a baby aspirin a couple times a day. Keep water high like your doing. YOu may need more aromasin. Im taking 1mg liquidex along with a full ml of aromasin myself 3 times a week and it helps.

agreed and start taking an strong AI like letro

I was getting headaches from dbol and my bp was good. I had to stop taking dbol I use tbol instead to kickstatrt a cycle works good but not as good as dbol.

Take this as a note... Caffeine constricts the blood vessels, meaning less pressure in the rbain, and aspirin thins out the blood, which is why both may relieve headaches.

Spread your dose of dbol throughout the day as well. Im doing better now that im not just popping 10 pills at a time.

reduce that DBOL dose to 25-30mg day.

wow, you guys have all been a tremendous help! a million thanks!

(I'd give out alot more K but I've seem to have lost at least half of it when I let my platinum membership run out)

Unfortunately, I have 25mg caps, so I can either take 1 cap per day or take 2 caps, spread several hours apart, which is what I have been doing until now.

That's alot of AI - what's your cycle like?

Arimidex, even 1mg ED, has never done much for me.... I've been able to get by in the past with 2-3 sprays of AIFM ED or 12.5mg ED aromasin for cycles like: test + deca + oral or test + tren + oral...but I think I've been able to use lower dosages of AI because I was also running proviron.... anyhow, never had headache issues in the past.... I'm pretty new to dbol

My water intake is pretty high....

I'll try the baby aspirin and if I have to, I'll either throw in some AIFM or double the aromasin dosage

Thanks!

I'm going to measure my BP with one of those home monitors hopefully tonight... want to make sure that it really is my BP acting up... I've also just read that taking aspirin regularly has no effect on those with serious hypertension and can in fact, cause bleeding into the brain or intestines....sheesh!

Anyone that takes BP medications and cycles regularly have any input?

Thanks!

Could be a million things, not taking an anabolic, one gram of test or d-bol?

I have never had headaches on d-bol, try taking some diovan, that will lower your blood pressure.

So I measured my BP yesterday several times and this morning with a home monitor... BP is between 128 - 135 over 68-70.... so I'm within normal range... after talking with some people, I was led to think that maybe I'm having sinus problems (never had them before).... I'm waiting to hear from my doctor to see what he thinks...

I'd hate to have to cut down or even cut out the dbol

I've never taken as much as 1g of test per week before, I usually go with 750mg/wk... but that's in combo with other AAS (typically Deca or Tren).... so I figured since I was only doing test this time around, I could afford to bump up to 1G without any significant side effects...
