How to build my neck?

How can I build my neck up, right now its small and doesn't look good underneath my huge melon. I have a neck harness and all just curious how often I can train my neck to make it explode in size? It is one of my most lacking body parts
 
what i do 3 sets heavy dumbells every set hold high as u can for 10 seconds, ur neck will start 2 vibrate like a dildo, same thing with barbell, then i hold 60 lbs dumbells and walk around in a figure out for about 30 seconds

Wrestling is probably the single best exercise for building a thick neck!

Upright rows, heavy neutral grip dumbbell or machine military press, behind the back barbell shrugs, dumbell shrugs, regular shrugs....all of the olympic lifts. Never liked the harnesses that you hang weight off of. Use it or a seated cable of multiplane lever machine for bringing out some tone, maybe even help fill in the slender (in most) splenius and sternocleidomastoid muscles.
 
I really never bridged much. Just had the hell cranked out of it by opponents, or used my head to bull opponents around if I was lucky. I had a BIG neck when I wrestled! Pretty average now I guess.
 
why the hell would you want a big neck? traps yeah...neck no
out of all the things to worry about? the nick? come on man

shoot some synthrol in your neck...it'll start growing in no time

shrugs and deads but when u do shrugs have your neck to the lifting now your arms

also when bending for the deads again let lose your arms in other words have a pull going on by your neck and shoulders
 
stand and put your head against the wall both your forehead at three/four seperate sets and then the back of your head 3-4 sets as well. Push baby push. Your sterno mastoid will love it.

also running helps as well.

I would normally agree on deads (not squats so much), but I do them and have done them for years and my traps still suck. I know he's loookin for a thicker neck, but for some like myself (just want the traps), deads won't be an automatic no-fail movement.

hop on the juice ,seems the neck ,traps and forarms have alot of androgen receptors and grow very fast on testosterone.
