How to administer SARMS?

So after long waits with my personal stuff, I finally ordered and got my SARMs triple stack from S1, and don't know why,just now I have realized that it is liquid. How do I take it? Do I mix it with water, or put it directly into my mouth and hold there?Will appreciate your input for the newbie.

It is best to put them directly into your mouth and chase down with some liquid. I would not recommend to mix them with liquids in a glass, since they can stick to the glass walls, and you might end up losing the precious substance.

The drops in the mouth method as intended. It doesn't taste great.

shake it a bit and then load the dropper with desired amount

squirt back of throat and swallow and chase with water.

the taste is tough at first but you get used to it after a while

Try chasing with black coffee or grapefruit juice. I find bitter drinks help get the taste out of your mouth.

You will get used to the taste.....or at least be able to tolerate it more as you go.
