how this diet with this cycle...

i'm starting a cycle with 25mg/day dboll for the first 4 weeks, 200mg of deca for 1-10, and 250mg of sus for first 3 weeks then up to 500mg of sus after that... i need a little help dieting so i can get a little leaner during this... a friend who is really jacked told me mon/thurs -no carbs, tue/fri -carbs half day, wed/sat -carbs all day, sun -cheat day, but i didn't get much leaner like that... i want to get leaner while still making some gains... any ideas, also i have arimidex so i can keep the water down... i appreaciate any and all help... thanks.
 
No carbs is a bit drastic for most people-I would just keep your carbs relatively low especially at night-if you want to stay lean don't have an entire cheat DAY-have a cheat MEAL-stay away from starchy carbs like bread and keep your protein high to build muscle.

ok thanks... any chance i'll get any leaner on the shit or is that just a pipe dream... and i thought the cheat day was a little drastic... thanks...
 
Alot of people have the misconception that 'drugs' make them leaner, it's not the drugs, it is definately the diet. I've taken winny and test in the offseason and loved it b/c I ate a shit load of food-can you get leaner with these drugs, of course you can, just eat clean and watch your carbs and do some cardio-9000 calories is a bit too much

the only reason i care is that i strip for a job... weird i know, but it's a job... i can't bloat too much (at least not in the abs) so i want to make sure my diet is clean enough... i'm aweful when it comes to dieting -not really knowledgable... and i really want to look good without too much bloat... thanks for any and all help man...
 
List an example of a REAL day of eating for you, including everything and maybe we can help you if you're not knowledgable in the diet department
 
my day of eating...

though it varies... a typical day would be a shake for breakfast (maybe with some oatmeal thrown in), 3 hours later shake, 3 hours later chicken (with rice usually), 3 hours later chicken or shake, 3 hours later the same...
