how this cycle for beginner

1-10 500 mg test enth per wk
12-13-14 150mg clomid\day
15-16 50mg clomid\day
12-16 40mg nolvadex\day


This is going to be my first cycle..<pretty simple, but beginner here>...tell me what you think about it..
 
diet is fine i probably need to consume alitte more calories then i do now, I supplement cell mass and nitrix pills as of right now......also vitamins......I just really need to know my pct....today in the gym i was told that 1500ius hcg for 3 weeks right after cycle and two weeks after last shot start 40mg novla\day for two weeks followed by 20mg\day for two weeks and everything should be gravy?
 
Anyone that says "diet is fine"...Normally doesnt have one down.

Post up an average meal by meal example for us.

Also what are your stats, age, height, weight, etc.

530 am protien shake with a banana and breakfast bar
800 scrambled eggs with some fresh fruit glass whole milk peanut butter bread
1200 protein shake and some deli sandwiches
300 couple of power bars tuna sandwich veggies fruit
600 steak potatoes fruit cup milk
800 protein shake before bed
stats im 6'5 220 13 percent bf 24 years old.....athlete up though college lifting for 5 years hard........

you need to eat alot more bro, get rid of the power bars or bfast bars as a meal, eat more natural wholesom foods. you sleep from 8pm till 5.30am?

or find me recipe thread and make your self some of xrsist home made protein bars there good.

when you say 1500 iu's h'c'g for three weeks, is that ED, EOD E5 Days etc?

personally i would do it 500 iu E5 days for 4 weeks
 
First cycle of 500mg of Test E is excellent

I prefer 1000mg Test E

twice as much obviously.


ANTI-E’s Nolvadex, AIFM

PCT – HCG, Nolvadex and then Clomid.
 
sounds like there is room for at least one more meal plus the modifications that you mentioned.

what are your goals?

Way too much clomid bro. Believe it or not 50 mg eod is probably enough. The most you should need is 50mg ED. Clomid works just fine and is way cheaper than most alternatives.
