How the hell do you change the batteries on this IPOD

Damn I knew I shouldnt have goteen shit from ebay even if it was cheap.My ipod last like 2hours per charge.Can some one please tell me how to change the batteries on this thing?Dosent even seem like it can be opened.

you have to mail it to them along with about $100 if i remember correctly...

try this: once its "fully charged", unplug it then plug it back in. If its like mine, that should get you another couple hours

I have a 4th gen... out of the box it went like 6 hours a charge (wtf?!?)... afterwards it goes for 2x as much

I charged it then charged it again and now it has way more battery.

you can open them, kinda scury tho, take knife and where the two halves come together you can pry it open,
