How the F%&*# can I stop snoring? Help a brotha out.

I used to snore like a mother fucker. Then I got my tonsils and adnoids removed, and it got better.

Well, I bought the SnoreENZ stuff at Wal-Mart for ten bucks. I think it helped some, especially if I could keep from sleeping on my back, but it seemed to wear off too quickly. I ended up sleeping on my back anyway and sawing logs all night. I'm going to give it another shot, but I'm not too terribly impressed so far. At least it was only $10.

Sure Cas, It's not a Miracle Cure but the only advice I would give to make it as effective as possible is to spray and try to hold it in the back of your throat as long as possible before swallowing....

Yeah, I'm going to try that tonight. It did work some, which is cool. Thanks for the advice.
