When you are in the gym how strict is your form?
Do you ever allow your form to break on purpose? If so, on what exercises?
I am one of those who will use very scrict form in my movements. I will occasionally do cheat curls, but everything else is done in good form. I am more concerned with form over weight.
BTW. I'm not talking about those people you see in the gym rocking their whole body to do curls, or leaning to the floor to do pull downs, etc..
