so far I have been doing 5 in the morning 5:00 a.m. before cardio and 5 around 12:00 p.m. or a little bit before my mid day work out. I am only on day 6 plan on doing 4 weeks ten a day at 2.5mg. Looking to get hard, more def lose some bf% and get stronger. Trying to do cardio for an hour a day 6 days.
Let me know if I shouldn't be taking so much at one time?
