How should I stack all this!!!???

I have Tokyo Deca 300mg, Tokyo Winny 100mg, and 300 pills of Anavar 10 mg pills. How do you bros think I should stack all this. I'm going for some size, and want to look sickly shredded.
I did Norandren 200 and stanzolol 50 mg before with great results. However, I had some pains in my right side, I think from the winny. Let me know what I should take to protect my liver and from any other sides.

deca at 300mgs for 10 weeks or take 300,450-600mgs for 8-10 weeks if you got more....winny for the first 4 weeks at 50mgs ed...then on week 6-12 take 30-60mgs of anavar....add a little test if you can for 8-10 weeks if not its fine...take creatine always with the anavar...take ALA for the liver at 600-1000mgs and other liver products..dont forget the clomid

Thanks for your reply. I just need to know a little more about ALA, what is it and where can I get it. THe only things I've ever taken for my liver are milk thistle, Lecithin, and dandilion. Let me know, I may be naive to the damage I'm letting occur to my body when I do my next cycle.

ALA is Alpha Lipoic Acid and you can get it from almost any heath food or supps store. Many places such as www.dpsnutrition.com or www.netrition.com carry it as well.
