hello..i just got some nolvadex and some clenbuterol from a friend. he actually gave it to me for free so the clenbuterol came with it..guess he just didnt wanna bother takin it all out of the bag. anyways i have enough clenbuterol to take 10 days worth as i see it..i dont know the dosages on the clen..but he said take 3 a day, and i read up to taper on and off. so heres the pill count for the next 10 days. 2/2/2/3/4/4/3/2/2/2.. like i said i dont know dosages.. so if u can take a guess at it lemme know if theres anything ud like to change.
now for the nolvadex.. i have about 50 of them..all 10mg a peice, and he told me to take 1 daily..i read here to take 1-3 daily..what would you reccomend?i already have a small lump behind my left nipple from about a week ago..and i got the nolva as soon as i possibly could..anyone know how many to take and if it matters when?
