ok.. i have some shit and i want some advice on how i should take it.. anyone?... anyone?

i have:
20 - 100mg amps of test prop viramone
2 - 10ml eq 200mg per ml
30 amps winstrol depot
200 pills clen

i am 6'1" at 200 lbs.. this is my 3rd cycle. i wanna try to do this in 10 weeks. thanx guys.. i appreciate the help
