So on one of my upper body workouts i"ve been doing every week I have been decreasing the weight and upping the reps slightly on my first exercise, the bench. Heres what 've done the past few work outs
week 1:
215 for 8, 6, 5, 4
week 2
220 for 6, 6, 6, 5
week 3:
225 for 5, 5, 5, 5
I dont really want to going into the 3-4 rep area, should I start dong a 5X5 program starting at 230?
