Prop can be a motherfucker! But if that's what you got, suck it up and go. I'v e had golfball size lumps in my ass before but you still gotta get in the gym and bust out those squats. The pain mostly depends on the mg/ml ratio. If your prop is at or below 100mg/ml you shouldn't have much pain.
