3 board
reverse band press
either : wide grip bench/incline or high rep dumbell
for squat its every 6 weeks
deadlift off mats
low box squat
low gms
sumo dead
high gms/ wide stance
high box squats.
i switch up the gm stances and height, so i do ~ 8 different exercise.
if you are just starting, try a bunch of them, find your weakest ones and work at them
I generally change every 3 weeks, sometimes every week, sometimes every 2... depends on how the lifts progress and how I feel about doing them, I'm much better off if I do a lift that I want to as opposed to one I feel obligated to do.
