How often should I inject Test Prop?

Some say every day, some say every other day, every 3 days even once every 4 days........Whats the best way to go? I have 20x2ml Nordic Virormone ampules. If I do every other day I'll get 6 weeks out of them, is this the way to go? Or should I spread it out a bit?
