how often should an average person do weight training. On my 1st cycle 1st week

Re: how often should an average person do weight training. On my 1st cycle 1st we

welcome to the site man.. but i gotta scratch my head at your question. you are running a cycle but you don't even know how you are supposed to workout, not a good omen.

4 days per week max. Do each body part once every seven days.

There isn't a magic number in this department, only your body can give you the answer.

Well you can post your lifts and people will critique it or you can go to the weightlifting part of the forum and research various routines. Also when lifting go to complete failure. I don't mean till you can't lift the weight anymore. I mean till you can't do negative and positive reps. Dorian Yates has a 6 week training regimen that I did and Damn that was the toughest I've ever done. My strength and size went through the roof and I wasnt even on a cycle at the time. working the negative of a muscle is just as important as the actual lift itself. Look up Dorian Yates 6 week program. It's on a bodybuilding website. Trust me you'll be sore as fuck. You probably aren't pushing yourself hard enough. Use a lot of intensity when working out.

Just the fact that you put ml here instead of mg, tells me you probably have no clue and shouldn't be running a cycle....just sayin'

we are always here to help man, but running steroids is serious business. you gotta know how to workout, how to eat.. BEFORE you run roids.

why not stop your cycle.. take a step back. and learn the ABC's first.. then once you get that ironed down go for it.

as said above everyone is different.. an experienced lifter such as myself goes 6X per week. but i have that conditioning that most guys do not have. to others 3X per week is the way to go. you have to learn your body first.

looking at your past posts this is what you wrote: Age 25 6.2. 250lb. I hit the gym 5days aweek. Its been about 5 months

bro I cannot for the life of me give you steroid advice with those stats, your body fat is probably 25%, we need to shore up your diet, training, and we need to get you lifting for more than just 5 months. i would be more than willing to help you if you are serious. but i do recall many vets including radar and myself in past threads told you to hold off on running a cycle but you did not heed our advice. gotta be willing to listen bro.. we've been doing this for a long time and we have results to back it up so don't be afraid to change some things in your life. we will guide you. there are no short cuts here, you aren't gonna just take steroids and turn into Jay Cutler.. it takes much more than that.
