How often do you talk to your parents?

Haven't seen or talked to my dad in over 25 years. Talked to my mom yesterday.
A few times a week.

App. once a week, which isn't nearly enough considering the situation. Dad is disabled however can get around pretty good but he could drop anytime. The problem is that he is taking care of my mom who is also disabled and in a wheelchair due to a doctor screwing her up(another story). Anyhow dad has to take care of her, and he has to cathertize her like 3x daily cause they dont want to make it permanet becasue of infectious reasons. So basically if something happens to dad, mom will just lie there and piss all over herself and starve to death before I find out about it. She is unable to use the phone, and what really pisses me off is that dad will never answer it because he hates telemarketers so wtf!
And to make matters worse dad is more stubborn than I am--and trust me that is bad.
The solution: they'd been trying to get us to move next to them for years cause I own the lot next to them. They live in the middle of fucking nowhere(much worse than my location) and have to drive 7 miles to reach blacktop and their driveway resembles Pikes Peak--that alone could be a disaster. So since I also have a spot out here in the country-and it's beautiful I might ass-right next to my house that they could put a place on I have finally convinced them of doing so. It helped my case when the social worker showed up at their house and told them they have no business living there. And it's true.
So I already have the permit posted and I am running back and forth between the modular home place and my parents with floor plans and colors ets and have 1 picked out and now were ordering it. I just staked it out yesterday and it will fit perfectly to accomdate the utilities and septic tank I have there already. It's a nice home, 4 bedrooms, 1700 sq. foot, im having a guy that did my roof build the garage and wheelchair ramps and were looking into having a storm shelter built.
I can't wait to get them out here, not only because we get along great but so I can keep an eye on them. They have zero friends or visitors where their at now and our very lonely. Dad loves to fish so were getting a big pontoon boat cause im only 20 minutes from the boat dock. This is looking to be a great summer.

Every other day with Mom and couple times a month with Dad.
Not often at all... have gone months with out talking to my mom.
i talk to my dad 5 days a week. my mom maybe once a week. they live 2 miles from my house

I talk to my parents a few times a week. Since last Thursday I've been avoiding them. I'm just not in the mood to talk to them. I never thought I'd ever say this but now that I live thousands of miles away I actually miss them. I haven't seen them since Thanksgiving Day.

well since i live with mother i talk everyday. My dad is deceased.Pamela said:My Mom just called;

1-2x a week. I would talk to them more, but there is a 3hr time difference, and they are serious workaholics.
