How often do you get your hair cut?

I trim mine every-6 weeks and it remains healthy and neat

the extra protein is what causes this. I do it every 2 weaks. After 10 days I start to notice my hair looks pretty nasty and I have to wear a hat. Maybe I have just gotten used to the clean cut look, I am not sure, but I know before I started eating lots of extra protein I would get it cut every 4-5 weeks

Every two weeks no questions asked... If you go to barber its only about 10-15 bucks anyway so still cheaper than going to salon

bottom line, get it cut when it doesn't look good. Different hair textures / styles require cuts at different intervals. END OF THREAD. lol
