How often do you do LEG CURLS & EXT.?

how often do you guys do leg curls and leg extensions? Do you do them all the time or do you switch exercises( like you do squats the 1st week and then leg curls the 2nd week) or do you do completely different exercises each week (like during your cutting and bulking cycle)?
 
I started doing leg ex and leg curls on the day before or day after squats. It much easier and the gains are better that way for me. I also do the tibula curls for my tibula in front of the leg. It's huge!
 
I do leg extensions at the end of my leg workout. I find it's great to finish with. As for leg curls, I do them on another day, usually with deadlifts.
 
I do them once a week on leg day at the end of my workout. I do all my compound movments first, ie. Squats, Deadlifts, etc.
 
Haven't done leg extensions in a really long time. Leg curls haven't done them in months. My quads are still about 29 plus inches. :D

BTW - Like Kronk of course I do my squats, leg presses, deadlifts and lunges though.

I never do them. I used to but found they did little if anything. I try and stick to compound movements.
 
ill usually finish up my leg workout with a few supersets of leg ext and leg curls, really light, for about 15 reps. it gives a real good burn.

agreed, I stick with squats, hacks, leg press, and stiff legged deads
