On cycle - every FRIGGIN day, because I sweat like a pig on any AAS.

Off cycle - well, it depends. If I am with g/f I don't change them THAT often - without g/f I make sure they are pretty damned fresh. Last thing you want is sheets that smell like sex when you bring a girl home you have never been with. Not Good.
