Ok, so most people agree that constantly changing workout routines is important for continued progress. My question is how often do you do this? Do you changed after a fixed number of weeks, or till your muscles stop getting sore or what? In the past, I'd keep the same routine for 4-6 weeks then change. For example on a chest days, I'd hit nothing but dumb bell presses for 6 weeks then change over to bench presses. What do you do?
