How often do you all switch up W/O's?

Just curious how often you all like to switch up your splits and exercises. I have been on the same split and exercise routine for some time now trying to get my bench up. I have done bench for 7 weeks in a row now and am noticing a serious sticking point in my weights the last couple weeks.
 
I do it every 4 times training the same muscular group.
Conserving always the basic movements.
I add weights every time, small amounts, between 1 to 5 lbs.
