How often can you inject in one spot a week?

Yeah, next time I hit TREN I'm gonna use my delts. Hitting the same spot every four days last time gave me some golf ball sized lumps on my ass! What size pins do you use for delts?

1" 25 guage, although I have used 5/8".

i inject into my delts and bi's all the time, just don't forget to hit the outter and inner head of the bi, i have never hasd and lumps from shooting these area's, i think i might have scar tissue building up in my bi's now though, oh well, no pain no gain

inject your bis after training to avoid most of the soreness. you'll eget used to them after awhile. theres lots of places to inject if you dont want to hit your arms. both shoulders, both butt cheeks, three places on each quad and the outter and inner area of your calfs.

Man I hit up 3cc in each medial delt once a week and no pain at all!!!!!

coud you inject gear earlyeir in the day in amuscle and at night inject in that muscle but diff spot like once a week? or if ya injected gear in a muscle could ya come back say 4 or 5 days later hit same muscle but diff spot

I was taught in nursing school that one should RARELY use delts as an injection site. Especially if your using more than 1cc.

Ever flu shot I ever got was in the delt. Ive never had a problem with it I just limit the amount I inject.
