Pain can a body take???? I'm so F*ckin sore everywhere that it hurts to even take a shit. My chest and tris kill, my shoulders burns my back is stiff and my traps feel like the've been ripped off and attached back on with hot rivets. Shit man this sucks and I have to do squats and sprints today, it's not right I tell you, anyone feel this way to????? or is it just me....

Do you ever use a sauna or whirlpool? That helps me a lot.
 
Every time I wonder how much more that my body can take...I train just one more day and up the level just a bit. Right now my joints hurt pretty bad, ibuprofen is my friend along with icy hot, mineral ice, zostrix hp, ice, etc...

If you are THAT sore in your muscles THAT often...you may want to reconsider if you are overtraining or not...

Like Spatts said... AR makes all the difference in the world for me.. If I dont do it my training definitly suffers and I stay sore and tired longer...... My suggestion is to takes Spatt's AR sticky and start incorporating some of those AR exercises daily.....
 
I strained my back SO HARD on that deadlift last Monday. Missed most of my other workouts this week. Couldn't walk the first day. Actually got STUCK in bed one morning because I was on my stomach and couldn't roll over, and no one was around. I had ice/heat therapy going for 4 days straight, and even had a deep tissue massage....the only thing I did that mady me feel better was band GM's. I did them 3-4 times a day, and drank TONS of water. Then, by Friday, I was feeling good enough to shoot those GM videos with just the bar, and I've felt GREAT ever since.

I will be good to go on Max Effort squats by tomorrow. If I hadn't done AR, I'd still be in a world of hurt. I've learned this lesson too many times.
 
My Brother is here and he knows enough chiropracting to help relieve any pinched nerves and impinged joints. I don't have access to a sauna but I do stretch take plenty of vitamins and do post workout sets to ease the muscles into recovery, but shit I almost couldn't get out of the Bathroom cause I couldn't pull the door hard enough to make it open.....
 
everyone's pain tolerance is different. case in point, some guy that i work with got a little cut (nothing major, just a band-aid job) and he's out for the rest of the day. on the other hand, bobby baun scored a goal in the 1964 stanley cup final on a broken ankle.

bottom line, the body can withstand a LOT of pain.
