How much Zinc do you guys take daily to make bigger loads!!

Jesus, you can't be serious here. Once when I was feeling the flu coming on, someone told me to take zinc to ward it off, so I bought tablets at the drugstore. No sooner did I have them swallowed with a glass of water, when all the contents of my stomach came burping up in huge chunks.
